Day 6 of Fitness Town's 21 Day Challenge

Hi all, here is where i'm at after 6 days; it's hard to really measure weight drop and fat loss as it's a bit too early but i'm down a couple of pounds and down 1% in BF. Not where I was hoping to be but that's alright because it's my eating habit's that i'm most proud of. Fruit and veggie intake has been huge, as well as a balance of protein and dairy products (mostly eggs and a some skim milk) along with grains has balanced out my diet. People say I'm crazy to do it during the holiday season but I thought why the heck not? No sense waiting till January first?
