Stretch stretch stretch. This has been one of the more interesting activities my first week. Getting into TKD has definitely helped with my flexibility but I'm no where near where I was in my late teens. Static and dynamic stretching has been accomplished anywhere with the help of my sensai's as well as my two girls. Whenever I need a bit of extra help they're quick to push my body just a bit further than it wants to :) I'll post my first weeks result tomorrow!
