I'm currently updating my "food log" in the fitbook that I received from *Patrick* at FT and I thought this would be a perfect opportunity to post some info on COPING WITH ALL THE HOLIDAY WORK LUNCHES! (I couldn't find any sign of the Fitness Town Facebook Page otherwise I'd be posting there). With the holiday season here it's been tough trying to avoid all the fatty foods made available to me at all the Seasons events. How am I coping? My problem in the past was not eating any breakfast or snacks and then gorging at lunch. Now I'm eating smaller meals throughout the day and this has been a HUGE help. I feel full most of the time (which is a nice change :). Morning meals usually start out with whole wheat English muffins, grains and mid morning I'll mix up a protein shake with skim milk. It might not sound like much but it makes a huge difference when lunch time comes and I'm able to get away with eating half the meal that i'm use to. Such a simple concept yet I'd never thought of it before. Cheers!
