Good advice from a good guy

Hey Stan, it's Patrick from Fitness Town Burnaby. Great to see you updating your "blog" and telling everyone about your 21 day journey. You are two weeks in, keep this up for 1 more week and you will make fitness a habit! There's a lot of good information that I wrote on the Fitness Town blog so be sure to continually check up on that. Also, don't be afraid of the sausages and wings. Conventional wisdom says fat makes you fat, but the data and science says otherwise. Keep away from muffins, scones, cakes, anything with sugar! If you need any more help, please call me and drop by the store anytime. We are here to help you get in shape. In the meantime, no matter what, always keep moving!
