Well week one is now officially over and it went out with a bang.I celebrated by going to the hockey game last night :)
So here are the results so far. I'm down 2.8 lbs and lost 1% body fat.
Am I dissapointed? Yes and no. Even though the stats aren't impressive what doesn't show is the fact that my stomach is shrinking but more importantly my heart is getting healthier! Exercising with the girls has been fun also. They definately enjoy the work out ball that I picked up from Fitness Town although the dog doesn't appreciate it being thrown at them :) This has proven to be quite usefull in my crunch and weight routine. I picked up a set of adjustable dumbbells from FT also. Quite affordable and extremely usefull due to their balance and quick change pin system. The best part is they take up no floor space. The girls have also enjoyed running up and down our 3 flights of stairs. The Karras's version of a stair climber. Talk to you all soon and thank you for the support!
